Appley Farm Cottages are conveniently located in a quiet location a few minutes walk from the lovely award winning sandy beaches and parkland at Ryde on the Isle of Wight. They are ideally situated as a holiday/vacation self-catering base for exploring the Island and its many attractions.

Ryde Esplanade has many leisure facilities and a canoe lake. Beautiful countryside is nearby with shops, bus stop, railway station, pub and family restaurant within walking distance.

The cottages are part of a collection of Grade II listed buildings forming what was once a Victorian farm.

Both cottages are fully double-glazed, have modern fitted kitchens and pleasantly furnished accommodation.

The cottages are now let Friday to Friday for reduced ferry costs and to allow you to enjoy a full weekend of events on the island at the start of your holiday.

Conveniently located for daytrips to Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays and City Centre, Spinnaker Tower, Historic Dockyard and links to mainland rail services by rail/catamaran or hovercraft.
